Eblen Charities partnered with Asheville City Schools, Buncombe County Schoosl, and the State Employees’ Credit Union Foundation to complete a new 24-unit apartment project aimed at providing a more affordable housing option for Asheville and Buncombe teachers.
The apartment building located on Erwin Hills Road could be completed as early as mid-May to bring 24, two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments on the market for local teachers.
