Buncombe County Real Estate Market ReportThe median asking price for a home in Buncombe County this week is $450,000, compared to $445,000 in February 2017 and $420,000 one year ago (April 2017). Homes for sale have been on the market an average of 147 days.  Interest rates remain around four percent at 4.48 % compared to last week’s 4.51% for a 30-year conventional loan. 15 year conventional loans are at 3.86%.

The median sales price for homes sold in the last 180 days Buncombe County is $297,250 with average days on market of 67.  Those homes sold at 97% of the asking price.
